Something not going where it should? Here's how to reach us.
The fastest way to report a bug. Click the Bouncer icon in your menu bar and choose Send Feedback…, and you'll get a form for a bug report or a feature request without leaving the app.
Leave Include system information checked and Bouncer attaches the details we'd otherwise have to ask you for: your macOS version, your Bouncer version and architecture, whether Bouncer is your default browser and mail handler, and how many rules you have. Bouncer shows you exactly what it's attaching before you send, and you can uncheck it.
For anything that doesn't fit a form, like licensing, refunds, or a question about whether Bouncer does the thing you need, write to [email protected] and a human will get back to you.
